The classic cocktail reinvented! Our hot microgreen sauce adds a refreshing dimension and the perfect kick to your aperitif drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Celery salt, for rimming the glass Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
  • 4 oz (120 ml) Clamato juice
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes of Willika Farm Microgreen Hot Sauce
  • Garnish: celery stalk, olive, peperoncini, cooked ham, cherry tomato

Preparation

  1. Place the celery salt on a plate.
  2. Rub a lime wedge on the rim of a highball glass and then in the celery salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Into the glass, pour the vodka, Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and microgreen hot sauce. Stir with a bar spoon.
  4. Topping with your favorite garnishes from: a celery stalk, an olive, a peperoncini, a slice of tied ham, a seasoned shrimp, a cherry tomato, a pickled bean, etc.
