Shipping Policy

1. Farm Pickup (Free)

Prefer picking up your order in person? We’ll be happy to welcome you.

• Fees : Free.
• How it works : Select the Farm pickup option at checkout. Please indicate the day you will pick up your order in the Comments field:
  • Monday to Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

2. Drop-off Points (Effective June 25)

• Simplement Vrac : Wednesday starting at 2 p.m.
  27-B, de l’Église Ave, Saint-Sauveur (Quebec) J0R 1R0
• Boulangerie Jarry : Thursday starting at 2 p.m.
  380, Jarry Street East, Montréal (Quebec) H2P 1T9

3. Local Delivery (Vaudreuil-Soulanges and surrounding areas)

We offer a local delivery service for our community.

Local delivery rates

• Free delivery : For all local orders of $40 or more.
• Flat rate : A fixed $5 fee applies to orders under $40.
• Timeframes : Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Tracking details will be provided.

4. Shipping via Canada Post (Across Canada)

⚠️ Only the Microgreens at Home and Condiments categories can be shipped via Canada Post. Other delivery methods remain available.

For all deliveries outside our local area, your products are shipped via Canada Post.

• Free shipping : For all orders of $100 or more anywhere in Canada.
• Fees : Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery address.
• Timeframes : Estimated delivery times are shown according to the selected shipping method. A tracking number will be emailed once the package is shipped.
