Visiting the farm is on appointment only. You can email or call us and we will be happy to schedule a visit.
- Sprouts are grown hydroponically until they germinate. The entire sprout is consumed.
- Microgreens are grown in a medium (soil) until they open their cotyledons, then harvested above the soil. The stem and leaves are consumed.
- Microgreens have lots more flavor then sprouts as they are more developed and the flavor is more concentrated at that stage.
The average person needs about 4–5 servings of vegetables per day.

Please note that we are not a doctor or nutritionist, but several websites that focus on calculating how much food one should eat suggest a serving size of microgreens is around 25 grams.
